Privacy & cookies

This page describes how Lucid Livestream (“we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our public marketing site, what choices you have, and where to learn more. This is a summary — it is not legal advice.

Who we are

The public website is operated by Grove Media Inc. (Lucid Livestream). For privacy questions, contact hello@lucid-live.com.

Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4)

If you choose Allow Analytics in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic: things like pages viewed, approximate region and city (from IP, then processed at a coarse level), device and browser type, referring site or campaign, and session duration. We do not turn on Google Ads personalization or Google Signals for advertising in our site integration, and we do not use this tool to sell your personal information.

GA4 may set first-party cookies (for example names like _ga and _ga_*) so visits can be counted across sessions. Typical maximum cookie lifetime is up to about two years unless you clear cookies sooner.

When analytics is enabled, we also log outbound link clicks (for example when you follow a link to TikTok or social profiles) as events in GA4 — without extra advertising cookies beyond the analytics cookies described above.

Google processes data on our behalf. See Google’s notice: Google Privacy Policy.

Your choice

We store your analytics choice in browser storage (localStorage) so we do not show the banner on every visit. You can change your mind anytime using Cookie settings at the bottom of the page (when the banner is dismissed) or by clearing site data for this domain.

If you decline analytics, we do not load GA4 and we ask the browser to clear common GA cookies when possible.

Chat widget (some pages)

Pages that load our third-party chat widget may set or read cookies or storage for chat sessions. That processing is governed by the provider’s terms and policies in addition to this notice.

California & other U.S. privacy rights

We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) in connection with the practices described here. California residents may have additional rights to know, delete, or correct personal information; contact us at the email above.

European visitors (GDPR / ePrivacy)

Non-essential cookies (such as analytics) are used only after you opt in through the banner. International transfers of analytics data may rely on standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms Google describes in its documentation.

Last updated: April 2026. We may update this page when our practices or tools change; the banner text will stay aligned with what we actually load on the site.
