SMS Terms of Use

Who we are

Lucid SMS is operated by Grove Media Inc. (Lucid Livestream). These SMS Terms of Use (“SMS Terms”) apply when you enroll in or receive Lucid SMS. They supplement our Terms & Conditions and Privacy & cookies notice. If there is a conflict specific to text messaging, these SMS Terms control for that program.

The Lucid SMS program

Lucid SMS is an optional text messaging program for Studio Lucid members and Lucid Livestream contractors. It lets Lucid send time-sensitive operational notices related to Studio Lucid and contractor workflows.

You can enroll at studio.lucid-live.com/sms/enroll after verifying that your Studio Lucid registered email matches an active account.

Message types (not marketing)

Lucid SMS is used for business announcements and transactional / operational messages only. Examples may include schedule updates, program notices, workflow reminders, verification or enrollment confirmations, and related Studio Lucid communications.

Lucid SMS is not intended for marketing or advertisement purposes. We do not use this program to send promotional offers, advertising campaigns, or marketing lists to your mobile number.

How you opt in

New contractors and Studio Lucid members may opt in by completing the enrollment form at studio.lucid-live.com/sms/enroll, providing a mobile number, confirming consent, and verifying ownership of their Studio Lucid email with a one-time code.

By checking the consent box and completing enrollment, you agree to receive Lucid SMS at the number you provide under these SMS Terms. Consent is not a condition of employment, contractor engagement, or network membership, though some Studio workflows may ask you to enroll so we can reach you quickly about operations.

How you opt out

You may opt out of Lucid SMS at any time. Reply STOP to any Lucid SMS message to cancel. After you opt out, we will stop sending Lucid SMS to that number, except for a single confirmation of your opt-out when applicable.

Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at privacy@lucid-live.com or hello@lucid-live.com to request removal from Lucid SMS.

Message & data rates; frequency

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies based on operational needs (for example, schedule changes or program notices). Lucid does not charge a separate fee for Lucid SMS; your carrier may still bill standard messaging rates.

Eligibility & accurate information

Lucid SMS is for Studio Lucid members and Lucid Livestream contractors only. You represent that:

• You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you submit
• The Studio Lucid email you use belongs to your active account
• You will keep your number and contact details reasonably up to date

We may refuse, suspend, or remove enrollment if we cannot verify membership, detect abuse, or receive an opt-out or invalid-number signal from your carrier or messaging provider.

Privacy

We collect and use your name, mobile number, Studio Lucid email, consent record, and related verification metadata to operate Lucid SMS. We use messaging and security providers (for example, our SMS delivery partner and Cloudflare Turnstile on the enroll form) solely to send operational messages and prevent abuse. Details are in our Privacy & cookies notice (Lucid SMS section).

We do not sell your mobile number. We do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms when the program or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page and in the “Last updated” date below. Continued enrollment after an update means the updated SMS Terms apply, except where law requires additional notice or consent.
