Terms & Conditions
How you may use Lucid Livestream's public website, creator interest forms, careers applications, Lucid Stage profile pages, Pulse on Studio Lucid, and optional Epic Games account connections.
Who we are
The public website is operated by Grove Media Inc., doing business as Lucid Livestream. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@lucid-live.com.
Using the site
You may browse the public Lucid Livestream site and share public links for normal personal or business use. Do not misuse the site, try to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, impersonate another person, or submit information you are not allowed to provide.
Creator interest and applications
Submitting an interest form or clicking a TikTok application link does not guarantee acceptance into Lucid Livestream, TikTok LIVE programs, monetization opportunities, agency services, or any specific outcome. We may review, decline, or follow up on submissions at our discretion.
Lucid Stage pages
Lucid Stage pages are public creator profile pages hosted by Lucid Livestream. A Stage may include a creator's public name, avatar, bio, social links, and other approved links. Creators are responsible for making sure the links and public information they provide are accurate and lawful to share.
We may remove, unpublish, redirect, or update a Stage page if a handle changes, a creator leaves Lucid, content becomes inaccurate, or we need to protect the site, visitors, creators, or Lucid's brand.
Studio Lucid & Pulse
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of Pulse by Lucid Livestream (“Pulse”) and optional Epic Games account connections offered by Lucid Livestream (“Lucid,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through Studio Lucid at studio.lucid-live.com.
By connecting a TikTok account to Pulse, connecting an Epic Games account in Studio Lucid, or using related features, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (version 3). If you do not agree, do not connect those accounts or use those features.
1. Eligibility and voluntary participation
Pulse is available to creators invited or enabled for Lucid's creator network programs through Studio Lucid. You must have a valid Studio Lucid account and comply with Lucid program rules.
Pulse and Epic Games connections are optional. You may opt out at any time by disconnecting TikTok or Epic Games in Studio Lucid and/or revoking access in TikTok or Epic Games settings. Opting out does not by itself end your relationship with Lucid, but some coaching or profile features may be unavailable without a connected account.
2. The Pulse service
Subject to these Terms and your platform authorizations, Studio Lucid may provide:
- Insights and analytics based on your TikTok profile and public content
- Suggestions and coaching ideas from Lucid staff and automated tools
- Content suggestions (creative directions, hooks, formats, or themes)
- Trend analysis to inform your content strategy
- Basic Epic Games profile information (such as display name and account identifiers you authorize)
- Online presence status from Epic Games, including when you are playing Fortnite or other Epic-connected titles, where Epic makes that information available
Pulse outputs and Epic Games profile or presence displays are informational and advisory. They are not guarantees of views, revenue, partnership outcomes, or platform compliance. You remain solely responsible for what you publish on TikTok and for following TikTok's Community Guidelines and terms, as well as Epic Games' terms and policies when you connect an Epic account.
3. TikTok authorization
To use Pulse with TikTok, you authorize Lucid through TikTok Login Kit (OAuth 2.0). You represent that you are the owner or authorized manager of the TikTok account you connect.
Pulse requests these scopes: user.info.basic,user.info.profile,user.info.stats,video.list.
Their permitted uses are described in our Privacy Policy
(Section 3). We do not request posting or direct-message scopes.
You may disconnect or change scopes at any time through TikTok or Studio Lucid. We will stop collecting new TikTok data through Pulse after a valid disconnect, subject to our Privacy Policy retention rules.
Lucid is independent of TikTok. Your use of TikTok remains governed by TikTok's terms and policies.
4. Epic Games authorization
To connect an Epic Games account in Studio Lucid, you authorize Lucid through Epic Account Services (OAuth 2.0). You represent that you are the owner or authorized manager of the Epic Games account you connect.
Studio Lucid requests these scopes: basic_profile presence.
Their permitted uses are described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not request scopes to manage your Epic friends list, read your email address, or act on your behalf inside Epic Games or Fortnite.
Basic profile may include your Epic account ID, display name, and language preferences. Presence may include your online status and, when you are playing a supported title such as Fortnite, game-specific status that Epic makes available to authorized applications (for example, that you are in a match or lobby). Presence information depends on your Epic privacy settings and what Epic exposes through its APIs.
You may disconnect or change scopes at any time through Epic Games account settings or Studio Lucid. We will stop collecting new Epic Games data after a valid disconnect, subject to our Privacy Policy retention rules.
Lucid is independent of Epic Games. Epic Games, Fortnite, and related marks are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. Your use of Epic Games and Fortnite remains governed by Epic's terms and policies, including Epic's End User License Agreement and account privacy settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Connect a TikTok or Epic Games account you do not own or lack authority to link
- Attempt to access another person's Pulse, TikTok tokens, or Epic Games tokens
- Misuse Pulse outputs or Epic profile or presence data to harass, defraud, or impersonate others

6. Intellectual property
Lucid owns Pulse software, branding (as used by Lucid Livestream), and non-user materials. You retain ownership of your TikTok content and Epic Games account content. You grant Lucid a limited license to access, process, and display your authorized TikTok and Epic Games data and to generate Pulse outputs solely to provide and improve Studio Lucid features for you and your Lucid coaching team.
7. Confidentiality
Non-public Pulse outputs, internal benchmarks, or coaching materials we mark as confidential should be treated as Lucid confidential information unless we publish them for general use or you may share them under program rules.
8. Disclaimers

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to Pulse, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Pulse will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid Lucid specifically for Pulse in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where such limits are prohibited by law.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Lucid against claims arising from your TikTok content, your connected Epic Games account, your misuse of Pulse or Epic-connected features, or your breach of these Terms, TikTok policies, or Epic Games policies, except to the extent caused by Lucid's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate Pulse access for security reasons, suspected abuse, or violation of these Terms or Lucid policies. You may stop using Pulse at any time by disconnecting as described in the Privacy Policy.
